Monica Dreyer Staub is a versatile marketing, branding and communications expert with more than 20 years of professional experience and a broad knowledge in strategic and tactical branding. Her professional focus is on companies in the financial industry. She started as Assistant Head of Private Banking at Credit Suisse, where she gained valuable first experiences with evolving digital touchpoints and leadership. As Marketing Manager at UBS, she created specific target group-oriented branding concepts. Her further professional career includes positions in consulting and project management at SGC and Media Consulta.

Since March 2005, Monica Dreyer Staub has been part of the Zürcher Kantonalbank. Initially as Project Manager Corporate Communications, then working in Brand and Strategic Management, she has been actively involved as Chief Marketing and Branding Officer for the past three and a half years. In this position, she is able to make the best possible use of the broad knowledge she has accumulated over many years. With her innovative and dynamic drive, the pension app “Frankly” was successfully launched and implemented under her leadership. The retirement planning app is an innovative solution from an established bank, which is aimed in particular at a younger audience and addresses a societal challenge (i.e. retirement planning gap).
